In addition to scheduled workouts with quarterbacks David Carr and John Skelton, the Titans worked out wide receivers Austin Collie, Jordan Shipley, Dorin Dickerson and Isaiah Williams on Tuesday.
Collie spent three productive years with the Indianapolis Colts, averaging 58 catches from 2009 through 2011. But a series of concussions helped limit Collie to just one game for Indianapolis last season. He was cut by San Francisco at the end of training camp this year.
Shipley has played in 24 NFL games, posting 79 catches and four touchdowns. He caught 23 passes for Jacksonville last season
Dickerson has played for two teams, Houston (2010) and Buffalo (2012), making nine catches for 117 yards.
Williams has been on the practice squad for a few NFL teams, but has not played a game in the league. He was most recently in training camp with Oakland, but was cut.
Meanwhile, former Titans wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins was scheduled to sign with the San Diego Chargers on Tuesday, per colleague Jim Wyatt. Hawkins also spent most of the 2013 training camp with San Francisco before getting cut.
The 27 year-old Hawkins played five years for the Titans, totaling 71 catches for 771 yards and one touchdown.
